Emerald Transfers – Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
All fares are calculated per kilometre as shown during booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 120 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 120 minutes of the pickup time are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Liability
All vehicles are fully licensed and insured. Emerald Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Service Area
Emerald Transfers operates primarily across Dublin, Limerick, Shannon Airport, and County Clare. Long-distance and intercity routes are available on request.

Privacy
Personal information collected during booking (name, contact details, pickup/drop-off locations) is used solely to fulfil your booking and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payment.
